Dads Mondays Entry Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Nine

Good  Morning

Last Saturday when I left you I promised you that I would  come back on this Monday, here I am but I hope that you are not expecting very much out of me, because I don’t have much to offer.

The only thought that I have to cheer me up is this morning is this, That there is a Heavenly Father up above looking down on this world, and He never sleeps he knows our thought before they are formed that brings peace to my soul, so why do I every worry, I want to leave all things in His hands and not worry so much about what may cross my path today, it may be to change me from this changing world and bring me nearer Him.

A good cup of Starbuck x bold helps  a little  so,  try and forget some things that happen this week end, what will it matter in 100 year from now,forgive and forget, that is the only way that we can receive forgiveness , I believe this because it was Jesus who spoke these words.

I looked at my 36 tomato plants yesterday afternoon, and if no rain fell later in the night I must do that this morning from what I can see out my office it looks dry, so  will be out there early giving them a drink.

We are beginning this day with a reading of 65 degrees and we look for a good tomato growing of 85 or more for today. Dad.

Dads Saturdays Entry Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Eight

Good  Morning

“ Time is so precious-do not waste it”

As long as we are in this world the above will be true ,my 98 plus  years have passed so quickly, I am asking myself right n0w, how many have I wasted living for myself instead of living  for others. one of our hymns reads like this. Live for others every day . It’s the true the better way, it’s the way the Son of God when on earth the Master  trod Dad

While we are right close to a picture of my book Dad-The Tomato Man would it be to much to say that I am still selling them. my friends have really surprised me in the way you have ordered my book, I still have plenty of them and they can be in your mail box in two or three days. You may use Pay Pal if you wish, I think it is the best way to order, there are other ways of course such as a personal check.

Today is still looking like a very pleasant  day we have a 62 degrees starting the day and the high right here at Dads Tomato Garden, and we expect to do a little finishing work on our tomatoes , it will be in the early afternoon, watch us on Cam. # 2 if you want to see some lazy people at work. I need to say a few funny things to keep myself awake, do you realize that it is only 1:43 a m on this Saturday, all sensible people are in their pad fast asleep , but you know old Dad, he has to work, he likes to eat and it cost money to gobble that food down. Dad.

Are you ready for this day, I know that’s its going to be a good one, I can feel it in my bones.

My coffee is strong the way that I like it, it is of course Starbucks x bold, nothing else pleases me, in my old days I am contrary and hard to please, I like to be waited upon hand and foot and then complain, ask Mary she will know all about that, but don’t you think that an old man 98 years plus deserves the right to complain when he needs to. DAD

Like I said up above we are having a nice morning, I call these days Tomato working days, we are getting started with 62 degrees and a deep blue sky,

Dads Thursdays Entry Three Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty

“Time is so precious-d0 not waste it”

Are y0u waking up with a lot of vim, vigor and vitality ?  You should be because this is the this is the day which the Lord has made and we are going to be glad  in it.

I made this Starbucks x bold a little early this morning, I needed it real bad, I know that this will help me get started of in the right direction this Thursday morning, I hope that you have a pot ready at your house , lets drink it and smile.

We do need to smile all that we can, let the world know that we are happy and enjoying all the blessings that have come from God.

The weather was a surprise to me this morning when I saw that 70 degrees that we are beginning with this Thursday morning.

Now that would make any tomato grower smile, mine are doing fine, and you can begin to see them on camera 2.

    Well I must ask how are you getting along on this Wednesday morning. Don’t let me down we must get started off here with a big Good Morning , a Big Smile and a Happy mood. If we will stop for a while and think, we all have so many blessings coming our way and don’t realize it.

    Our 51 degrees this morning is not so bad, its hard to tell about the rest of the day, its looks dry outside as I look out my window, and that is what I need. I was looking at my tomato plants last night and I think that you may begin to see them on one of my outside cams.

    I am feeling good this morning. We did have a few computer pr0blems last night and early this morning, things seem to be going  good now and of course I am in a HAPPY mood.

    Our outdoor cameras two and three are working and # one will be on soon.

    We have a reading of 46 degrees this morning, I do not know what the high will be yet, I am sure very cool. The streets outside my office window look dry, we hope that the rain will hold off a few days

    Good  Morning.

    This fact above is so true, and will always be true. I think of it a little more each day, as for old who was born September 2nd time is so precious, and I am afraid that I am wasting it in thinking so much about myself and not thinking and doing more for others , this old human nature of mine is cruel and it gets in the way when I need to be helpful to others. DAD.

    Our weather keeps a little on the cooler side here at Dads Tomato Garden. We have a reading of 65 degrees as I scribble at this keyboard, trying to think 0f something that would be helpful, and I do not have the high report yet, any way it is not raining at the moment . The 40 plants in my garden  need some hot weather to do their best.

    I want to say something right here that Mary and I have been talking about. It is the fact that I must write a decent blog. I do not want to say any thing that you would not want any of your children to read, After all a lot of my readers are readers and I want to be a good example to them in every thing that I do or say. DAD.

    Our weather here at Dads Tomato Garden is like ever other one is experiencing  Cooler. When I began to scribble this blog a reading of 65 degrees , I do not have the high yet.My plants new some hot weather.

    I like to write this Saturday blog, it reminds me of relaxing and getting myself back in a little better spirit , all the worries and toils of life get this old man a little on the down side. I do not write a blog on Sunday, I have something more important to do.

    I do not close this blog completely until later in the after noon, waiting for any late news that might arrive.

    When I was a young sprout and working at my first job I would say in the mornings when I was leaving for work “ Another day another dollar”  I don’t know if I know if I make that much not or not but I like what I do and I am usually  very happy,so that’s not to bad. We should not expect the road to be a bed of roses, God did not promise that, but he did promise us strength to bear whatever comes across our path, and I want to trust him.

    WHAT'S NEW AT MY HOUSE..Dad recommends this, Maw knows what she is talking about.

    Our shipment of books arrived yesterday afternoon, so we will be shipping your order very soon. And you that Intend to order one now is the time DAD.

    I believe that we are going to have a sunny day here at Dads Tomato Garden, maybe not to hot but sunny. The tomatoes that I have out are doing good.

    How are all my friends all around this world, I hope that all is well at your house, and that you are in a happy mood, I am and I have good reason to be, one of them is being in the land of the living, and feeling good, I can hardly wait for the sun to come up over the hen house so I can begin my day of work. Dad

    It looks like our weather may not be so good as an old Tomato grower would like, heavy thunder storms are pushing up from our west, I can hear thunder in the distance. We hope they will pass as we need to do two things, work on those Roses and The WildLife Habitat sure need some going over, the birds and squirrels are about to break me up, that’s not very hard to do. He is playing basket ball in school and he is just a normal boy, growing up to fill his place in this world, I am hoping that he will take over this blog when I come to the end of my life which may not be very far away, I was born September 2nd 1913

    Dads Saturdays Entry Three Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen.

    Good Morning.

    I am glad to see that it says Saturday morning up above. As you already      know that I like Saturdays, they remind me  that this there is rest ahead for me. I don’t’ usually write a blog on Sunday, I do get a day of just relaxing and enjoying our Sunday morning meeting. Our meeting help me to restore thing that I have lost during the week, this old world, self and devil all try to hinder me.

    A good cup of coffee seems in order right now, mine is ready and I am sipping as I play with this keyboard and Prince watches over my shoulder proof reading.

    I nope that you can get a cup of your own and sit here beside me, we will have some things to think about  our blessing, how many they are and we need to give God up above THANKS fr0m our hearts. DAD.sun

    Our weather will make you smile, it dose me because I am an old nearing 99 years old Tomato grower here in the Tennessee Valley, trying to make ends meet, something seems to be moving the ends 0n me.

    It is not the  52 that we are looking at, it is the fact that no rain is falling, and we do need some dry soil to work in. Smile Dad.

    It looks like another nice day coming up, a little on the cool side 43 degrees at the moment but dry and the dry weather is what I need right now.
